Terms and Conditions for Use of Cova Nexus Services
Service scope
Cova Nexus provides AI model API gateway services to registered users, including but not limited to: model call forwarding, unified authentication, billing management, usage monitoring and other functions.
Instructions for use
- Use the platform to generate illegal and illegal content
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security safeguards
- Resale or unauthorized distribution of API access to third parties
- Launch DDoS attacks or other malicious requests
- Violation of upstream supplier's usage policy
Liability and Disclaimer
Cova Nexus is not responsible for service interruption or data loss caused by the following reasons: force majeure events, upstream supplier service failures, and user's own operational errors. We promise to promptly notify affected users after service restoration.
data privacy
Cova Nexus does not store the user's request and response content. All API call data is only used for billing statistics and will not be used for model training or other purposes. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for specific data retention policies.
